As long as there are people to pay for this card so high, the price of this card will be insanely high.
As for only the TUF performance, I have only words of praise and I believe that it is one of the best cards in the middle segment with a 3080 graphics chip. Incredibly cool and quiet, frequencies with the latest drivers reach frequencies around 2000 MHz. The card is stretched to the end, I recommend some overclocking adventures only if you know what you are doing. With the Undervolt method, you can significantly reduce consumption but maintain performance.
The difference between 1080p and 1440p is very small, you almost have the same FPS in most titles that are graphically demanding and that's why I didn't want to include 1080p resolution. The Asus Tuf RTX 3080 is perfect for high-refresh monitors in 1440p resolution where almost all games offer over 140 frames per second. When it comes to 2160p resolution at very high settings, the frame was below 90 in just a few games, an amazing result. As for gaming, this is a HIGH-END machine and you will enjoy it for years.
