Men of War 2 has been announced, bringing a campaign with Allies and Soviets

The year 2022 could be truly interesting for war strategists and lovers of historical conflicts. Along with the already announced Company of Heroes 3, a new game from the Men of War series is coming to us. Twelve years after the original hit, we will get a full-blooded sequel that will return to its roots. Men of War 2 will be an RTS game in World War II and will bring us a single-player campaign with Allies and Soviets, and skirmish matches, and co-op mode.

The creators of the original Men of War are working on the development of the sequel. They boast significant advances in graphics and presentation (destructive environments are arriving), and they are also proud of the advanced artificial intelligence in the game. They say that Men of War 2 will be guided by historical accuracy and that they plan to deliver an ever-larger roster of 45 units and 300 different vehicles.

The game has been announced for PC, should be out sometime during 2022, and the good news is that it will have official tools and full modification support from the start.
