This Week We Will See the Animated Series Final Fantasy 9

Last year came the news that Final Fantasy 9 would be turned into an animated series - but not for fans, but for an audience that was not even born when the game was popular. Cyber Group Studios was hired to create the series, and we will find out what they did later this week.

Namely, from May 24 to 26, the Licensing Expo Fair will be held in Las Vegas, where Cyber Group Studios plans to show several upcoming series - among them Final Fantasy IX. The whole thing is broadcast live over the internet, so we believe the trailer for the series will be available on YouTube very soon after its premiere.

According to previous information, the animated Final Fantasy 9 will be adapted for younger ages, ie. for an audience of 8 to 13 years. It will be the first new FF9 content in more than 20 years.
