Meet the Huawei Mate40 Pro camera

Huawei Mate40 Pro camera

Huawei Mate40 Pro, with its appearance on the world market, presented a combination of unique design and indisputable technology. Futuristic design, powerful camera system, and powerful performance are part of the highest quality user experience that Huawei strives to provide and improve with each new device.

Photography and videography at a higher level

The cameras on the Huawei Mate40 Pro phone, as well as on the entire Mate40 series, are the result of cooperation with Leica. The system of the rear cameras is housed in the Space Ring design, which makes the design of the phone even more unique. When it comes to cameras, the Mate40 Pro has three cameras: a 50MP Super Sensing Wide Camera, a 20MP Ultra Wide Cine Camera, a 12MP Telephoto Camera that supports 5x optical zoom, 10x hybrid zoom, and 50x digital zoom. The fourth lens is a laser sensor that deserves precise and fast focus on photos and videos.

Although photography is one of the main ways in which we record moments and create memories from them, the modern era has enabled us to immortalize special moments with videos. The Huawei Mate40 Pro is unrivaled when it comes to cinematic videography. With Super Steady Shot - an option to stabilize the image, making high-quality shots is easier than ever. XD Fusion HDR Video ensures balanced exposure, even when shooting with extreme brightness contrast. The Tracking Shot option has been further enhanced, so with AI focus it cleverly recognizes the subject in the video and "tracks" it while moving. The Story Creator option allows you to use real cinematic effects, including background music and filters.

Huawei Mate40 Pro selfie camera

It's time for a selfie!

The front camera system on the Huawei Mate40 Pro consists of a 3D ToF camera and a 13MP main camera. The smart Ultra Vision Selfie camera integrates a front camera with an advanced wide-angle and gesture sensor. In addition to allowing you to take high-quality selfies, the camera smartly recognizes the number of people in the frame, so if there are more than three people in front of the camera, the corresponding wide-angle mode is automatically activated.

The front camera on the Huawei Mate 40 Pro supports 4K shooting and the option to shoot in one of three available fields of view, from close and personal to ultra-wide. The Slow-Motion Selfie adds even more versatility to the front camera allowing users to add a dramatic feel when documenting their quick actions.
