NEW GAMES: This week

NEW GAMES THIS WEEK

Hood: Outlaws & Legends

10. 05. 2021. PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, XboxSeries X/S

We haven't had a game according to the legend of Robin Hood in a long time. Technically speaking, Hood: Outlaws and Legends is not a game about Sherwood’s hero, but it is inspired by the idea of robbing the rich and giving to the poor.

This will be a multiplayer game in which two teams of four players compete to steal more treasure. Robberies will be able to be carried out quietly through hiding from the guards, or loudly through direct combat. All this is reminiscent of the games from the Payday series, with the proviso that the action here will take place from the third person.

Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla – Wrath of the Druids

13. 05. 2021. PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, XboxSeries X/S

After finding a second home in Assassin’s Creed Valley, the protagonist Eivor’s new adventures will take him outside of England - to neighboring Ireland. There we will explore a cult of druids called Children of Danu and individually hunt down its members. We will run through the haunted forests, negotiate with the Gaelic kings and visit the market in Dublin. The first major extension for Valhalla will be available separately for $ 25 or as part of the Season Pass, which costs $ 40 and brings access to the next expansion.

Mass Effect Legendary Edition

14. 05. 2021. PlayStation 5

It’s been a whole decade since we’ve been rescuing the galaxy from an alien menace, and the time has come for the legendary Mass Effect trilogy to get its remastered edition. Mass Effect Legendary Edition brings us three beautiful games, of which the first Mass Effect from 2007 received the greatest aesthetic interventions. But it's not just about graphic improvements, because this remaster will equalize the mechanics of gameplay in all three games, iron out some bugs, and make us fall in love with this space opera again and some members of the Shepard crew.

Subnautica: Below Zero

14. 05. 2021. PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Switch

Underwater survival in the game Subnautica will get its sequel this week. Subnautica: Below Zero takes us back to Planet 4546B, two years after the events of the first game, and gives us the task of unraveling the truth about a mysterious incident in which scientists disappeared from that Arctic planet. Below Zero will go even deeper than the original Subnautica. We will visit crystal caves, fight low temperatures and hang out with penguins. The game has been available on the PC platform for some time, where it is in early access, and now it is coming to consoles in a complete edition.
