Gunbrella Is an Interesting New Game With an Umbrella That Is a Rifle

Devolver Digital has an eye for unusual games of unusual ideas. One such is the action 2D title Gunbrella, which has just been announced for PC and Switch platforms. In Gunbrella, we will take on the role of a lumberjack who, in his revenge campaign, resents both the mobsters and the police, and the cultists and zombies.

Gunbrella's basic idea is that the player's main weapon is also a tool for movement. We can defend and attack with an umbrella by firing missiles, and upgrades will be available. The game will have a quick shot in a two-dimensional environment, but also segments of conversation with the characters from which we will extract information. The story will also be able to branch out in different directions.

Gunbrella should be launched sometime in 2023.
