Less than two weeks ago, Bitcoin finally crossed the $ 20,000 barrier, in value. Since then, the value of the cryptocurrency has continued to grow. At the time of writing, Bitcoin was worth just over $ 27,000, as much as it reached over the weekend. Coindesk points out that at one point, Bitcoin was briefly worth over $ 28,000.
As of December 16, the value of Bitcoin has increased from over 20,000 to over 27,000 dollars, and some analysts predict additional growth in the next year. On the other hand, some analysts expect a decline in value in the future, as is often the case with unstable digital assets, such as cryptocurrencies.

The growth in the value of Bitcoin is largely influenced by the increase in the use of cryptocurrency by mainstream payment companies. PayPal is currently preparing to support Bitcoin, while Square already supports cryptocurrency. Demand for digital currencies within institutions is also increasing.
Of course, investing in cryptocurrencies is still a very risky business. Profit generation is not guaranteed, and exiting the market at the wrong time can lead to significant financial losses.
