Windows 11 is unlikely to come out on November 11, another date is mentioned

The official launch of Windows 11 is scheduled for the "holiday season 2021.", which means the 11th month. It would make sense - Windows 11 in the 11th month. However, the marketing materials of the team from Microsoft suggest otherwise, and it seems that the launch date of Windows 11 is set for October 20, 2021.

Nothing is official yet, so only the date is set on promotional materials, ie desktop images. And speaking of such images, some show File Manager (above) and the settings window (image below) in dark mode.

The file manager has not undergone significant changes, at least judging by this image, but the control part with the settings is now a different layout. Windows Update is now separate from the security settings that are linked to the privacy settings, and two sections have been renamed - Devices to Bluetooth & Devices, and Ease of Access to Accessibility. Gaming settings are still present.
