God of War is finally arriving on the PC platform in just over a month (January 14). On this occasion, Sony has released a new video showing the graphical progress of the game (better lighting, more detailed shadows, more realistic reflections, etc.), and the list of hardware requirements for the game is well known. The requirements are divided into five categories, and they are as follows:

For the lowest settings, 720p and 30 fps

  • Processor: Intel Core i5-2500K or AMD Ryzen 3 1200
  • Graphics: Nvidia GTX 960 or AMD R9 290X
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Disk: 70 GB HDD


Original settings, 1080p and 30 fps

  • Processor: Intel Core i5-6600K or AMD Ryzen 5 2400
  • Graphics: Nvidia GTX 1060 (6 GB) or AMD RX 570
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Disk: 70 GB SSD


Original settings, 1080p and 60 fps

  • Processor: Intel Core i7-4770K or AMD Ryzen 7 2700
  • Graphics: Nvidia GTX 1070 or AMD RX 5600 XT
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Disk: 70 GB SSD


High quality, 1440p and 60 fps

  • Processor: Intel Core i7-7700K or AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
  • Graphics: Nvidia RTX 2070 or AMD RX 5700 XT
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM
  • Disk: 70 GB SSD


Ultra quality, 4K and 60 fps

  • Processor: Intel Core i9-9900K or AMD Ryzen 9 3900x
  • Graphics: Nvidia RTX 3080 or AMD RX 6800 XT
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM
  • Disk: 70 GB SSD
