See what Guybrush looks like in Return to Monkey Island

His name is Guybrush Threepwood and this is the story of how he finally found the secret of Monkey Island! The first concrete video of the upcoming game Return to Monkey Island was shown on the Nintendo Direct Mini. This time we saw and heard a famous protagonist, but also some other equally famous characters who have not been seen for the last 30 years.

This is a real insight into how the animations in the game will work since it is adorned with a specific visual style. Some like the graphics, some don’t, but in any case, fans will find it hard to avoid nostalgia.

The game still doesn't have an exact release date - we expect it during 2022. But now we know that this only applies to PC and Nintendo Switch platforms. The PlayStation and Xbox consoles will get the game a little later - probably next year.
