Specifications of the first Huawei laptop with Kirin chipset

Huawei laptop with Kirin chipset

Some time ago, we learned that Huawei runs on several computers with its own Kirin chipset architecture - on desktop and laptop platforms. The company has already confirmed the desktop PC with its HiSilicon ARM chip, now more details have appeared about the laptop variant.

A trusted whistleblower posted a photo of the notebook packaging on the Weibo social network, with some major specs. The device uses a Kirin 990 chipset, combined with 8GB of RAM, a 512GB SSD, and has a 14-inch 1080p display. The laptop runs under Deepin OS 20, based on Linux, but it is expected that in the future it will be possible to switch to HarmonyOS.

The laptop itself is called the Qingyun L410 and is expected to be a cheaper version of the MateBook 14 model. There is a possibility that the device will support a 5G connection, since the chipset that runs it has an integrated 5G modem.

The Huawei Qingyun L410 laptop will certainly be first available on the Chinese market before it appears on other markets if Huawei decides to present it globally at all.
