Manu Kumar Jain, vice president of Xiaomi, has joined the teaser campaign for the Xiaomi Mi 10i 5G phone. He posted a video in which he describes the upcoming phone as an "extension" of the Mi 10, Mi 10T, Mi 10T Pro, and even Mi 10T-Lite models.

The Xiaomi Mi 10i is specially designed for India and uses a new 108MP camera sensor. The full announcement of the phone will be held on January 5.

The system with four cameras of the phone is also visible in the teaser video. The two important labels on the phone are "108 MP AI camera" and "Built for 5G". Besides, Xiaomi Mi 10i 5G will use a relatively new chipset - Snapdragon 750G, which was released in September.

It is suggested that the Xiaomi Mi 10i 5G is based on the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G model, which means it could use a 6.67-inch IPS LCD with HDR10 support and a 120Hz refresh rate. A 4820MAh battery with support for 33W charging is also expected.
