As we recently learned, Euro Truck Simulator 2 will visit the European part of Russia in the future. But before that, the cargo will need to be transported to Spain and Portugal, and today we learn that the roads to these countries open on April 8. So faster than we had hoped.
On the occasion of the announcement of the release date for the expansion called Iberia, a new trailer has been released in which a specific region full of vineyards, bridges, and raised railway tracks is demonstrated. In the video in action, you can also notice a new lighting system developed for the basic version of the game.
With this expansion, a significant part of the Euro Truck Simulator 2 map is filled. As you can see in the picture below, the western part of the map is almost filled. Only Ireland and Northern Ireland are missing in the northwest. The East is a little less filled, which will be somewhat filled by the expansion of the Heart of Russia. Of course, Southeast Europe is also misery and misery here - it will remain so until some further future, at least as far as official expansions are concerned.
