The new Dragon Age is reportedly planned for 2023

The year 2022 is already crowded with big games. It will thin out, but the crowd is so big that we are a little glad that some will bypass it. If the sources of the Venturebeat portal are to be believed, one of those games will be Dragon Age (4), which is reportedly planned for 2023.

There is no specific release date yet - it's not Starfield - we only know that the game has been in development for a long time. It was initially announced at the end of 2018. More time has also passed since the last game in the series than has passed between the launch of the first and third games.

But the Dragon Age series has had a long development process since its inception. Dragon Age: Origins has been in development for a full seven years… to conclude the second part in just 16 months. Either way, it was a different time, and at Electronic Arts they were badly burned at Anthem so the BioWare team have now decided to give so much time to develop the next game.
