A new mode for Returnal is demonstrated, the game gets even harder

PlayStation 5 exclusive Returnal will receive an update called Ascension next week (March 22). As part of it, support for cooperative gaming for two will be added, as well as the new Tower of Sisyphus mode. It is this challenging mode that is demonstrated in the new gameplay footage.

The Tower of Sisyphus will give us the task to climb 20 floors of the title tower, where each floor is more and more challenging. As the player climbs the floors, his weapons become more destructive, but if his opponents finish him off, he returns to the very beginning of the tower. Here's what it will look like:
