After being able to experience a slice of the cyberpunk GTA 2 atmosphere during the Steam Game Festival, Glitchpunk will soon provide us with more content to play. This title, which is very reminiscent of the early games of the cult GTA series, arrives next month - more precisely on August 11, but in the early access program.
Located in neon-lit dystopian cities and with a bird’s eye view, Glitchpunk will provide us with high-octane action and explosions, all accompanied by a cyberpunk atmosphere and visuals. Driving, shooting, stealing, hacking and other actions form the backbone of the game in the underworld.
Upon the release of the full version, we will be greeted by four cities, with only two being available in the early access. There will also be a difference in the number of weapons, skills, vehicles, tasks, and other content that will of course be richer throughout the game. In this version, we will see all 12 bands with their stories, tasks, and culture, experience a complete action that will have several endings, and enjoy the colorful radio stations. The developers plan to release the complete game six to eight months after the release of the early access version, although this can of course is delayed. Glitchpunk is currently only announced for the PC platform and it is not yet known if it will come on consoles.
